Job Description

Based in Singapore (APAC HQ), and reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager – Asia Pacific, you will be responsible for SEO activities across Asia Pacific. The role encompasses managing and collaborating with agencies, monitoring and optimising SEO performance, developing and executing SEO related initiatives, and data analysis and reporting. Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Keyword Research, SEO copywriting, and serve a liaison between various departments and agencies
  • Analyse and translate quantitative and qualitative data from web analytics tool into an actionable SEO plan
  • Improve the website performance and conduct testing to increase organic traffic, including A/B testing with internal and external vendors
  • Produce regular reports on SEO action plan and performance, including tracking and analytics
  • Work along-side the SEO agency to ensure all SEO initiatives are executed in a timely manner
  • Assist Senior Digital Manager with the management of 3rd party agency relationships
  • Assist with the outreach of content pieces to improve our search engine ranking
  • Update content using the website content management system (Drupal)
  • Assist team with UAT website testing as required to improve customer experience

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Candidate Will Possess

  • 3+ years of experience with digital marketing role, especially in SEO/SEM
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multi-task and solve challenges
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong attention to detail, organisational and time management skills
  • Experience working on SEO initiatives across mainstream engines such as Google, Bing, Baidu, Yahoo. Previous exposure to SEM campaigns in Baidu and / or Yahoo is highly advantageous
  • Familiarity with relevant SEO tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Majestic, Screaming Frog, MOZ)
  • Apply industry standard and ethical SEO techniques, including detailed keyword analysis/selection, competitor analysis, technical audits, optimisation of site content, optimisation of meta tags, link building, internal linking strategy, site submission, and search engine algorithms
  • Chinese language skills to liaise with stakeholders / suppliers in Mandarin speaking countries – not essential, but highly regarded
