The Foundations to learning Qi Men Dun Jia

Qi Men Dun Jia is very complicated because it takes every aspect of the universe to give you a prediction to the question you are looking forward to. This ancient divination method is also based on the ancient divination book, the I Ching or the Yi Jing. This is known as the “Book of Changes” which was written by the mythological Fu Xi. Basically, the Qi Men Dun Jia process will give you a chart which contains several symbols, meanings, numbers and more that have a corresponding and real connection to you. It is somewhat similar to the popular Zodiac Birth Chart that is commonly used in the western side of the world. But there is a great difference in how the 2 charts are used, as Qi Men Dun Jia takes into consideration: balance, energy, space and time for the prediction as the former usually does not.

Firstly, the most basic aspects of Qi Men Dun Jia are the five elements, yin and yang, the ten heavenly stems and use spirits which are symbols that represent an answer to your question. There are still more aspects but those mentioned earlier are essential. These are then used to calculate the prediction of your answer. There are also the aspects of Eight Spirits that stand as the symbols for uncertainties, or mysterious parts of the Qi Men Dun Jia reading to which the other aspects will be collected and studied. All in all, a trained master can read the finished and calculated Qi Men Dun Jia chart and give you answers such as when and who will be most beneficial, or what should be avoided regarding the answer you are looking for.

When you are thinking of using Qi Men Dun Jia, you must be aware of the question you may have in mind as well as a specific time or date. This is because Qi Men Dun Jia has aspects that calculate the most knowledgeable result to your query as it is also based on the stars and planets, as according to the Twelve Earthly Branches and Ten Heavenly stems. After calculating the aspects of your query based on Qi Men Dun Jia, you will receive a 3×3 magic square chart with symbols included in each box. These boxes can hold symbols of the elements, yin and yang, and other symbols coming from areas in Chinese metaphysics. It is your duty, or the Qi Men Dun Jia master, to study and interpret the chart and give answers to your questions. In this analysis, the person analyzing will look at what are the most favorable actions you may or may not take. This takes a lengthy process, because it needs to be fully understood and well calculated.
