Admin and Logistics Coordinator

Responsible for ensuring sufficient resources/ support for office operations.
Maintain office equipment (Security system, TEL, FAX, Aircon not cold, Stationary, Pantry supplies, etc.).Handle office rental-related matters.Handle company car-related issues.Assist in administrative services to company staff.Coordinate office sharing related work. (Calculation of cost distribution, Billing, etc.)Assist in other reception job functions e.g. handle visiting guests, answer incoming calls, dispatch and courier arrangements.Any other ad-hoc duties required by management.

Responsible for logistics operations, supporting sales team.
Preparation of shipping documentation, typing, faxing, dispatching, simple business correspondence & other necessary clerical support to the department personnel in all import / export businesses.Attend to customer enquiries, liaise with the suppliers, forwarders & plan cargo schedules.Manage ordering & distribu 2,300~3,500SGD
